Egon Zehnder Makes Strategic Appointment to Washington D.C. Office

NEW YORK, May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Egon Zehnder, the world's leading privately-owned executive search and talent management consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Jessica Watson as a consultant in the Health Practice Group.  Ms. Watson joins Egon Zehnder's expanding Washington D.C. office, where she will also focus on serving clients in D.C.'s Public and Social Sector.

Ms. Watson brings a unique Policy and Government perspective to Egon Zehnder's Health Practice Group, having previously launched the Washington D.C.-based Public Sector Practice for Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte, part of Deloitte Consulting). There she worked with multi-lateral organizations as well as various agencies of the US Government.

Ms. Watson began her career in Washington D.C. at Ashoka, a not-for-profit entity and global leader in identifying and supporting leading social entrepreneurs.  She moved to Buenos Aires and later to Mexico City where she helped lead Ashoka's expansion in Latin America.  Ms. Watson holds an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and completed her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management.
