Egis Capital Partners Announces Addition of Bill Polk as Managing Partner

NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Egis Capital Partners (www.egiscapitalpartners.com) announced today that Bill Polk has joined the private equity firm from Capital One Bank as a Managing Partner. Polk, who has more than 25 years of debt and equity investment experience, has been involved in more than $6 billion of middle-market security financing transactions. He will be responsible for origination and fundraising at Egis.
