The study was conducted on a global basis through a web survey from January 13, 2010 through February 19, 2010. Over 1,500 embedded systems designers in the US and Europe responded to the study, which was sent to a subset of subscribers of Embedded.com, EE Times, TechOnline and attendees of the Embedded Systems Conferences.
