Edward Jones Hosts Business-Building and Networking Event for Women in Chicago

WHAT:

Edward Jones is hosting an event to convene the firm's female financial advisors and other professional women in the Chicago area to help build a robust women's network in the region, gain insights, share experiences and grow both professionally and personally.

This event is part of Edward Jones' national effort to support women through its "Network Connect" series, which features various women's networking events with relevant speakers in metro markets across the U.S.  Edward Jones is dedicated to recognizing the success of their female financial advisors, and this series is designed to promote leadership, connections and success in their careers.

WHO:

The event will feature guest speaker Crystal Washington, marketing strategist and author of The Social Media Why: A Busy Professional's Practical Guide to Using Social Media Including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and Blogs for Business.  Crystal has advised some of the world's largest brands – including Google, Microsoft and GE – about driving employee engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter in ways that support company goals.
