EduHash Blockchain Certified for Reaching Record-Breaking 1.19 Million TPS
SUNNYVALE, California, Jan. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- EduHash Silicon Valley Labs Inc., a Silicon Valley-based blockchain company with international operations, has been certified by an ICT-authorised testing institute.
The recent test certification by WISESTONE CO., Ltd. shows the company's Blockchain Main-net (xDLT™), developed from scratch by the company, can handle a record-breaking 1,196,966 TPS or transactions per second.
With the latest development, EduHash has successfully gained international validation on its technological prowess after undergoing a screening process of the ICT-authorised testing institute. The process involves a series of grueling documentations and strict adherence to the test certification guidelines known as KOLAS/ILAC-MRA Performance Test Certificate.
This accredited certificate follows international standards and is fully recognized by 86 test institute members across 72 countries that participate in the Mutual Recognition Agreement for International Accreditation of Testing Organizations or the ILAC-MRA, such as the United States, Japan, China and the European Union. Additionally, this certificate is mutually recognised by the Asia-Pacific Testing Authority Mutual Recognition Agreement or APLAS-MRA and carries the same effectiveness as APLAS-MRA testing reports issued by 37 test institutes across all 23 participating countries.
Daniel Ohn, CTO of EduHash, commented, "EduHash Main-net is a fully independent technology developed in-house by the EduHash team, and does not rely on mediocre open-source architectures."
Ohn added, "From the very start, the development team has made bold architectural changes and has been hyper-focused on performance, scalability, and flexibility. For long-term worldwide developer adoption, the team has also created the world's first DLT schema language (AXSL™), which aims to painlessly support blockchain, traditional databases and connectable APIs in a single configuration."
The officially certified performance of 1,196,966 TPS is currently the world-record, emphasised the veteran engineer. No other company has so far officially broken through even 1 million transactions per second in official institute settings.
EduHash has also filed eight key patents in regard to the ground-breaking blockchain compute architecture.
James Jeon, Vice Chairman of EduHash, said, "EduHash's technology and its leadership capabilities have long been recognised by DXC Technology, one of the world's largest enterprises IT company with more than $24 billion revenue." Jeon elaborated, "EduHash and DXC Technology have formed a teaming agreement to lead the blockchain market. This certification will accelerate the company's expansion into a dominant market share in enterprise and governmental blockchain systems."
