Secretary Duncan looks at today's education challenges, and discusses what he hopes to accomplish in his second term in President Obama's administration. The Secretary leads the push for the President's proposal to provide high-quality early childhood education to low- and moderate income families. He also has been an advocate for lowering interest rates on federal student loans and other efforts to make college affordable for students at all income levels.
