Education Management Corporation Reschedules Fiscal 2010 Fourth Quarter Earnings Conference Call to Thursday, August 12, 2010
PITTSBURGH, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Education Management Corporation (Nasdaq: EDMC), a leading provider of post-secondary education, announced today that it is rescheduling its previously announced earnings call for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010 to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 12, 2010 due to a timing conflict with the U.S. Department of Education's Briefing on the Proposed Gainful Employment Rule at the previously scheduled time on Wednesday, August 11 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Results for the fourth fiscal quarter are expected to be released after the market close on August 11, 2010.
