WASHINGTON, May 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, P21, the Partnership for 21st Century Learning announced that David Ross was named Chief Strategy Officer. In this newly created position, Mr. Ross will be responsible for overseeing P21's programs, which span the entire 21st Century Learning continuum, and its growing state support services.

Mr. Ross brings a diverse set of skills to P21's team, including as an educator, entrepreneur, and non-profit administrator. During his tenure at the Buck Institute for Education, Mr. Ross co-authored many highly regarded publications on project based learning, including the Project Based Learning Starter Kit. Mr. Ross is a highly sought-after presenter and workshop facilitator for both national and international conferences. As a consultant, Mr. Ross has worked with a distinguished clientele that range from school districts to foreign governments. Throughout his career, Mr. Ross has distinguished himself as an innovator and leader in education reform.
