EDR Appoints Executive Vice President of Client Services
SHELTON, Conn., June 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EDR, the nation's provider of property risk information and due diligence tools, announced today that Dean Graves has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Client Services.
In this role, Dean is responsible for client strategy companywide, and directly oversees EDR's newly formed Client Services group combining Customer Care and Account Management teams into one unified organization focused exclusively on customer experience.

Dean has over twenty years' experience building strong industry and client engagements. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Forrest Solutions Group, Inc., a staffing and onsite outsourcing firm, where he drove operational and technical improvement across client accounts. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner of Client Operations at LogicSource, Inc., a leading supply chain platform for consumer facing businesses. At Williams Lea he served as Managing Director of Client Services and Operations for its global banking sector.
