LONDON, January 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

Highlights of the analysis on SNP by Edison's Technology analyst, Richard Jeans, include:
SNP's Transformation Backbone (T-B) software platform is the only off-the-shelf software solution that automates the process of combining, upgrading, or carving out data from ERP systems. T-B speeds up the transformation process, reducing consultant days and improving quality. SNP's focus has been on SAP systems (26% of ERP software market), but recently it has expanded to Oracle (12% market share) through the acquisition of GL Consulting and a key focus is to broaden T-B's software capabilities to handle any-to-any transformations.
In December, SNP announced that it intended to acquire RSP Reinhard Salaske & Partner Management Consultants, a specialist German management consultancy. The acquisition will expand the group's range of strategy- and process-related consultancy services, while also significantly extending its value chain in the corporate transformation market.
Edison is forecasting average annual revenue growth of 17% between 2013 and 2016, before including the RSP acquisition. Edison forecasts margins to recover strongly on the back of current high consultant utilisation rates, growth in high-margin software sales, both directly and via a partner network, and the evolving any-to-any strategy.
