LOUIS, March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Edgewell Personal Care Company (NYSE: EPC) announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Jack Black, L.L.C., a leading U.S. based luxury men's skincare products company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition was funded from operating cash and is expected to be EPS neutral in fiscal 2018.
