EdgeWave Adds Cyber Security Veteran To Board Of Directors

SAN DIEGO, May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EdgeWave® (www.edgewave.com), a San Diego-based cyber security firm, announced today the addition of Steve Orenberg to the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Orenberg was most recently the President of Kaspersky Labs, a position he held for 10 years, during which he founded Kaspersky's North American operations, launched Kaspersky in Latin America, and managed Kaspersky's Western European operations, and in so doing grew the company's global sales by several hundred million dollars.  He also served as a member of the parent company's Board of Directors from 2007-2014.  Additionally, during the course of his career, Mr. Orenberg has been President in North American of cyber security companies Sophos, NetGuard, and Dr. Solomon's software, which was acquired by Network Associates (McAfee) in 1998.
