Edens & Avant Names Josh Dix as Director of Development

WASHINGTON, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant announced today the hiring of Josh Dix as Director of Development. With 15 years in the real estate development and construction industry, Josh has a wealth of experience working on large scale development, construction and finance projects in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. In his new role with Edens & Avant, Josh will be a part of the development team overseeing new development and redevelopment projects in the greater Washington, D.C. area, as well as identifying additional opportunities throughout the region.

Prior to joining Edens & Avant, Josh was Vice President, Acquisitions and Development, for Washington, D.C.-based PN Hoffman, Inc., where he worked on various stages of development for such projects as Union Row, Southwest Waterfront, Chase Point and The Alta. Prior to his development role at PN Hoffman, Josh held management positions at The Clark Construction Group estimating budgets, managing contracts and overseeing project development. Josh received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
