ABOUT EDDYE J. ROYAL, JR.

Mr. Royal has had more than 21 years of experience in the information technology field.  His expertise is in quality control management.  His current responsibilities include managing computer operations in call centers, routing calls, changing passwords, installing hardware and software, training, consulting, conducting research and troubleshooting on computers.  He is a Security Certified Network Specialist.  Mr. Royal received an A.S. in Information Systems from Eastfield College in 1988, and a B.S. in Information Systems, from Amberton University in 1997.  He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Technology, also from Amberton University.  Mr. Royal was a member of the United States Army for 21 years as an E4(P), Communication Administrator and Computer Specialist.  During his service tour, he received the Desert Storm Desert Shield from the VII Corps Artillery in 1991, and the Good Conduct Medal in 1992.  Mr. Royal would like to be remembered by his peers as a hard worker, an honest person with integrity and a person of confidence.  He attributes his success to learning from his mistakes, devising new ideas, his dedication, determination and business knowledge.  Mr. Royal currently resides in Texas, where he enjoys amateur photography, listening to oldies retro music, and Latin dance.
