Ed Kleist Appointed Senior Private Client Advisor in Bank of the West Wealth Management Group's New Ultra High Net Worth Business
SAN FRANCISCO and DENVER, Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of the West today announced that Ed Kleist has joined its Wealth Management Group as senior private client advisor based in Denver. Kleist will report to Steve Prostano, head of Bank of the West's ultra high net worth business, and will focus on providing integrated wealth and investment management services to clients throughout the Rocky Mountain and Midwest areas.

An industry veteran, Kleist has almost 20 years of experience in the wealth management space, focused on serving multi-generational families and family offices. A former CPA, Kleist has extensive experience delivering wealth planning, investment and credit solutions to families and has been the head of four family offices in the US.
Kleist will join a team which includes Cory Gabel, senior portfolio strategist and Andy Petrick, senior trust officer in Bank of the West's growing Denver office, serving clients throughout the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. The Bank's Wealth Management team maintains a strong strategic presence in the area in order to continue to provide deep resources, advice and counsel to clients in this important locale.
Kleist received his bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of San Diego and holds his series 7 and 66 registrations with Bank of the West's broker-dealer affiliate, BancWest Investment Services.
