Ecteon Upgrades Contract Management Solution to Better Support Global Companies
Contraxx Enterprise Version 8.0 Adds International Localization Capabilities
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ecteon, the first company to develop working solutions for the most difficult large-enterprise contract management problems has released Contraxx Enterprise Version 8.0. The latest version offers greater language capabilities and is particularly suited for Ecteon's multinational client base.
Version 8.0's new localization feature allows the user to manage Contraxx application screens and customer-specific configured screens, documents, and reports in multiple languages without the need to configure separate user interface elements for each location. The localization feature also lowers training costs for large-scale global deployments while permitting consolidated reporting and analysis.
"Today, optimizing a contract often means putting the contract into action all over the world. For our customers, that task means handling varied languages, calendars and formats," said Richard Eckerstrom, CEO of Ecteon. "It also means managing the elements of the contract that activate and operate under different rules. Enterprise Version 8.0 incorporates our international customers' requests to facilitate an international focus."
International businesses benefit from a central contract repository by eliminating duplicate and potentially inconsistent contract versions that can hinder company-wide reporting. With Ecteon, companies increase efficiencies and rely on accurate and complete information about their contracts, no matter what native language the contract was created in.
