An experienced ecommerce retail executive, Dorsett will oversee the day-to-day business operations including retail development, brand strategy, marketing, and partnerships both domestically and abroad.

Prior to joining Nanit, Dorsett served as Vice President of Ecommerce at Bed Bath & Beyond, where she drove ecommerce transformation. Dorsett has an accomplished background in ecommerce that has spanned more than a decade. She specializes in site merchandising and marketing improvements that have driven double-digit retail revenue growth with executive positions held at Century 21 Department Stores and Bloomingdales.com. Dorsett found her niche early in 2004 at Coty, where she discovered e-marketing and e-commerce skills in the then-budding industry.
