Eclipse Aesthetics Wins Summary Judgment Against RegenLab USA

DALLAS, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eclipse Aesthetics, LLC ("Plaintiff"), has won a summary judgment verdict against RegenLab USA, LLC ("Defendant").

The lawsuit, filed in July of 2014, was for Tortious Interference with Current and Prospective Business Relationships through false and misleading actions, fraud, fraud-in-the-inducement, business interference, tortious interference; and, Business Disparagement through libel, disparagement, defamation, misrepresentation, and violating the false/deceptive advertising laws (among other laws) that are valid in every state in the United States.

Eclipse Aesthetics' lawsuit, filed in the 116^th Judicial District Court in Dallas, Texas, against RegenLab USA, alleges the Defendant knowingly sent a false, fraudulent, and deceptive promotional e-mail; further, such e-mail was intentionally designed to disparage Eclipse Aesthetics and Eclipse PRP™ within the medical aesthetic community. As a result of the Judge's recent holding, RegenLab USA must pay Plaintiff's reasonable and necessary attorney fees incurred in responding to the RegenLab USA's Motion to Dismiss.
