Eclipse Aesthetics, LLC Files Suit Against RegenLab USA, LLC

DALLAS, July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, July 1, 2014, Eclipse Aesthetics, LLC ("Plaintiff") filed suit in the 116^th Judicial District Court in Dallas, Texas, against RegenLab USA, LLC ("Defendant") for Tortious Interference with Current and Prospective Business Relationships through false and misleading actions, fraud, fraud-in-the-inducement, business interference, tortious interference; and, Business Disparagement through libel, disparagement, defamation, misrepresentation, and violating the false/deceptive advertising laws (among other laws) that are valid in every state in the United States.

Eclipse Aesthetics is a developer and supplier of aesthetic-based products for cosmetic procedures including Platelet Rich Plasma (Eclipse PRP™). RegenLab USA designs, develops, manufactures, and commercializes Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for professional markets.

As a result of RegenLab USA knowingly sending a false, fraudulent, and deceptive Promotional E-mail that was intentionally designed to disparage Eclipse and Eclipse PRP™ while damaging its standing within the medical care community, Eclipse has filed suit against RegenLab USA.
