ECC Hawaii Office Relocates for Client Accessibility and Expansion of Operations
BURLINGAME, Calif., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ECC's regional office for Pacific operations will relocate from Aiea to Honolulu, Hawaii, effective March 1st. This relocation is convenient for its clients, and accommodates ECC's expanding capabilities and growing project workload throughout the Pacific. ECC's new office will be located at 2969 Mapunapuna Place, Suite 220 (cross street Puuloa Road), just 3 miles from the Honolulu International Airport.
Recent contract awards, primarily from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and U.S. Air Force, account for over $250 million in new work and contract capacity, a majority of which will be managed and executed from ECC's Hawaii office.
"We are committed to our clients in the Pacific, and ECC is taking steps to both expand the services we provide them, and increase our capacity in people and resources so as to deliver under these contracts," comments John Fern, CPG, ECC's Program Manager for operations in the Pacific.
The new office is approximately twice the size of ECC's former space, and provides an improved work environment with more of a "green" emphasis. Upgrades include advanced video conferencing capabilities and high bandwidth to lesson our carbon footprint through less travel, building and parking security, and higher quality office equipment and conference rooms. Mr. Fern continues, "We have simply outgrown our office. Our new Honolulu office will help us better serve our clients with faster response times, decreased operational costs, and a higher quality facility for program / project management and execution."
ECC's Hawaii office was established in 1996 and delivers design-build construction, environmental remediation, munitions response, natural disaster recovery, and engineering services to our clients in the Pacific. Projects are located throughout Hawaii, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, American Samoa, Australia, Japan, and Korea.
Established in 1985, ECC is an employee-owned company that provides a complete range of services to support its clients' missions, including environmental remediation, design-build construction, operations and maintenance, and munitions response. ECC serves several U.S. government agencies, including the Army, Air Force, Navy, Department of State, and Department of Energy.
