eBenefits Network Spinoff From Santeon Group Complete

RESTON, Va., Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- eBenefits Network, LLC today announced that it has completed its spinoff from the Santeon Group, and has begun operations as a stand-alone data exchange automation platform and service with focus on enrollment and contribution transactions for health and non-health employee benefit programs.

eBenefits Network (eBN) automates benefits data management through secure and fully managed integrations between employer HR, Payroll and benefits systems and insurance carriers, third party administrators and others.

eBN is a private company funded by a group of investors, including Dr. Ash Rofail, Santeon's Chief Executive Officer.
