Ebb Therapeutics Appoints Elise Wilfinger as Chief Marketing Officer
PITTSBURGH, July 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ebb Therapeutics, a medtech start-up initially focused on the development of innovative medical devices that help the millions of U.S. insomnia sufferers to more quickly find deeper, more restorative sleep, announced today the appointment of Elise Wilfinger as its Chief Marketing Officer. Wilfinger will commute between headquarters in Pittsburgh and her home office in Ridgefield, CT.
Wilfinger will oversee brand strategy, positioning and narrative development, consumer demand generation, experience and adoption and all surround-sound marketing, as the company's first product is launched to consumers. She will also have strategic oversight for growing the company's industry profile and reputation.
She brings over 20 years of business strategy and media experience, most recently as EVP, Corporate Strategy & Brand Officer at The Mars Agency, a full-service, global shopper marketing agency, where she was responsible for agency branding, PR, corporate communications and new and organic growth development.
Prior to joining The Mars Agency, Wilfinger was Chief Strategy Officer and COO at Home Team Marketing, a New York media company that connects national brands with local families and high school students. As Ryan Partnership's first Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Partner, she led brand and growth strategy efforts to help the firm become the largest, independent, full-service agency network in North America.
