Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Bond & Option Strategies Fund Annual Meeting of Shareholders
BOSTON, Dec. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on December 12, 2011, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Bond & Option Strategies Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EXD), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. (EDT). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about February 22, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 8, 2012. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of one Class I and three Class II Trustees of the Fund.
