Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust, Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Income Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund Annual Meetings Of Shareholders
BOSTON, April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust (NYSE: EFR), Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Income Fund (NYSE: ETG), Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETY) and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: EXG) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meetings of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about June 26, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 11, 2014. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of Class II Trustees of each Fund. The results of the meetings will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
