BOSTON, July 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held on July 13, 2012, holders of Auction Preferred Shares (APS) of Eaton Vance Pennsylvania Municipal Income Trust (NYSE Amex: EVP) (the "Trust"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Benjamin C. Esty as Class I APS Trustee of the Trust, elected solely by holders of APS of the Trust for a three-year term.
