Eaton Vance Global Dividend Closed-End Funds Announce Appointment Of Sub-Adviser
BOSTON, Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Management ("EVM") announced that effective today its London-based affiliate Eaton Vance Advisers International Ltd. ("EVAIL") will serve as sub-adviser to three U.S.-listed closed-end funds: Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Income Fund (NYSE: ETG), Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund (NYSE: ETO) and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: EXG) (the "Funds"). EVM is the investment adviser of each Fund. Prior to November 1, 2017, Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited ("EVMI"), also located in London, served as sub-adviser to each Fund. There are no changes to investment management personnel, Fund objectives or strategies, or the fees payable by each Fund under its investment advisory agreement, as a result of EVAIL's assumption of sub-advisory responsibilities from EVMI.
