Eaton Vance Equity Option Income Closed-End Funds Adopt Share Repurchase Program
BOSTON, Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Trustees of the below-listed Eaton Vance equity option income closed-end funds (the Funds) has authorized the repurchase by each Fund of up to 10% of its currently outstanding common shares in open-market transactions at a discount to net asset value (NAV):

The repurchase program will be directed by Eaton Vance Management (EVM), the Funds' investment adviser. Each Fund's repurchase activity, including the numbers of shares purchased, average price and average discount to NAV, will be disclosed in the Fund's annual and semi-annual reports to shareholders. Establishing the repurchase program does not obligate the Funds to purchase specific amounts of shares.
