Easy Choice Offers 2017 Medicare Advantage Plans That Emphasize Preventative Health Measures

CYPRESS, Calif. and TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Easy Choice Health Plan, Inc., a Wellcare (NYSE: WCG) company, will offer a variety of 2017 Medicare Advantage plans in California that provide benefits to help members get and stay healthy, with an emphasis on preventive health measures.

During the 2017 Open Enrollment Period, which runs from Oct. 15, to Dec. 7, 2016, Medicare-eligible people in California will be able to select Easy Choice plans that are specifically designed to meet their budget while giving members resources to manage or prevent chronic conditions and stay healthy. All Easy Choice plans come with no monthly premium or copays for primary care physician visits, lab work or x-rays. In addition, plans offer extra benefits such as acupuncture and routine podiatry coverage, preventive dental coverage, fitness memberships, and free transportation to appointments.
