East Shore Athletic Clubs Improve Service with Brivo and ClubReady

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Brivo Systems LLC, a leader in cloud applications for security management, today announced that East Shore Athletic Clubs (ESAC) has installed Brivo's club management system at several of its locations in and around Charleston, South Carolina, to offer its growing member base added flexibility and 24-hour access to the Company's facilities.

Working with the technology partner, ClubReady, Brivo seamlessly integrated its core access control functionality into a central club management system for ESAC, making it possible for eight of ESAC's 12 locations to better meet member demands and offer round-the-clock access privileges. As a result, ESAC managers can grant members access permissions for premium areas, such as tanning and spa rooms, and monitor for issues like unauthorized entry attempts and loss of power via desktops or mobile devices.

"We don't want our customers coming to one of our locations at 1:00 am hoping to work out, only to find out their card doesn't get them in the door. The ClubReady-Brivo system enables us to solve problems quickly and provide better customer service," said Melissa Griffin, Area Director at ESAC. With Brivo, ESAC is still able to serve members that may work out at atypical hours, including 40 percent on the weekend and 20 percent during the week.

The Brivo system capabilities are native within the ClubReady software, such that each club manager uses a ClubReady interface to manage their location, with all the Brivo access information and audit trail data feeding directly and automatically into the ClubReady database.
