Earnix Concludes Its Fourth Annual Financial Industry Summit

Held on November 4‐5th in London, the event assembled more than 160 banking and insurance executives from 20 countries around the world. The Summit agenda offered 25 sessions and debates during the two day event, including analyzing case studies dealing with data-driven decisions and applied predictive analytics for the financial industry.

The Summit's renowned keynote speakers were:

• Uri Levine, founder of Waze (acquired by Google) and of FeeX, who presented disruptive technologies in the financial industry;
• Stan Phelps, President of the American Marketing Association, an author and a customer experience architect, who examined the use of analytics to drive differentiation and customer advocacy in financial services;
• and Professor Eric T. Bradlow, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, who discussed transformative Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) practices and argued the importance of better data vs. bigger data.
