9th Annual Conference focuses on content strategy and introduces "PRx Talks"
ATLANTA, March 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (www.prsageorgia.org) announced the final days for early bird savings for this year's Annual Conference. Individuals must register through March 21 to receive the early bird discounts. The Annual Conference is entering its 9th year and will take place on May 9th at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.
The event is known as the premiere public relations conference in the region and continues to grow and evolve based on attendee feedback. This year's Annual Conference will feature a new format with traditional breakouts in the morning and "PRx Talks" in the afternoon. Modeled after TED Talks, PRx Talks will deliver the latest information and trends in the communications field with 20-minute, back-to-back presentations.
As content becomes increasingly pivotal, many sessions will focus on content strategy tied to the Annual Conference theme, "Create. Converge. Connect.," as we create content, converge content across strategic platforms and ultimately connect with target audiences.
Scoutmob Co-Founder Michael Tavani will deliver an opening keynote on how to deliver compelling content that sticks.
