Wholesalers, distribution centers and logistics companies have praised the compact ROM series machines for many years. This new version once again demonstrates the technological market leadership of Mosca products. Well established and proven in the field, the Standard 3 sealing unit, previously available only in high-performance machines, is now standard on the new ROM-Fusion. The central drive has been replaced by multiple decentralized DC motors. This offers a number of advantages. Key functions, including strap tension and feed, or strap return can be adjusted to meet user requirements and optimized for the specific application. The direct drive for these functions completely eliminates the need for wearing parts, including belts, clutches and chains. These features contribute to highly desirable maintenance-friendly operation.
The ROM-Fusion can strap at a rate of up to 55 straps per minute even with 5 mm strap. This is ideal when two operators are feeding simultaneously from the front and back of the machine. The ROM-Fusion is suitable for packages of up to 600 mm high and 800 mm wide. The simple strap feed system makes coil changes easy.
The new ROM-Fusion is Mosca's way of responding to the needs of entry-level customers who are unwilling to sacrifice quality. The machine is expected to attract the attention of users in Europe, America and Asia.
