E-Waste Systems, Inc. Provides Corporate Update from E-Scrap Conference in Dallas, TX
LOS ALTOS, Calif., Sept. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: EWSI, the "Company"), an electronic waste recycling and reverse logistics services firm, is pleased to provide an update on several of its growth initiatives as it attends the E-Scrap Conference this week in Dallas Texas. The conference is the premier e-scrap recycling event of North America attracting more than 1,000 attendees from over a dozen countries and over 100 exhibitors.
While at the conference, executives from the Company, including CEO Martin Neilson, and the Company's investment banker, Oracle Capital, will be meeting with leading private equity investors as part of its capital formation agenda, as well as with current and prospective e-waste industry partners and acquisition targets.

These potential additions complement the Company's previously announced formal teaming agreements with Zak Enterprises, San Francisco CA; and CR Electronics, NH.
The teaming agreements allow E-Waste Systems to work with each entity to develop corporate and consumer relationships and to perform e-waste management and asset recovery services in geographical locations in which one does not presently operate, but where the operations of the other may exist. These services shall be deployed under the highest industry and ethical standards and include, but are not limited to:
