E-Discovery Innovator Patricia Wallace Joins Murphy & McGonigle
NEW YORK, March 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Murphy & McGonigle, P.C. announced today that Patricia Wallace has joined the firm as a partner in its Richmond, VA office. Ms. Wallace's arrival continues the strong trend of talent joining the financial services law firm that was founded in 2010.
"Patricia will lead Murphy & McGonigle's Strategic Discovery and Information Management ("StraDIM") Group where she will provide the Firm and our clients guidance on electronic discovery issues, document/data retention, cyber security issues, and technology. For over a decade, she has represented clients and provided electronic data counseling in diverse contexts, including SEC and FTC investigations and prosecutions, complex commercial disputes, and multi-year tort litigation involving large databases and extensive e-mail communications.
