E-Discovery Innovator Patricia Wallace Joins Murphy & McGonigle

"Patricia will lead Murphy & McGonigle's Strategic Discovery and Information Management ("StraDIM") Group where she will provide the Firm and our clients guidance on electronic discovery issues, document/data retention, cyber security issues, and technology.  She aims to maximize the use of technological advances to protect clients' confidential information and reduce business disruption and litigation costs. For over a decade, she has represented clients and provided electronic data counseling in diverse contexts, including SEC and FTC investigations and prosecutions, complex commercial disputes, and multi-year tort litigation involving large databases and extensive e-mail communications.
