SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- SaviCorp (Pink Sheets: SVMI) announces its recent attendance at the 3rd annual Green Fleet Conference held at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego on October 18th and 19th.
Representing SaviCorp were Chuck Nelson, Executive Vice President of Product Sales; Jeff Malone, Vice President of Fleet Sales; and Richard Messerschmidt, Director of Special Projects.
The Green Fleet Conference attracted over 50 exhibitors and nearly 600 "Green Technology" enthusiasts from municipal and business fleet sectors across the country. The major focuses of the conference ranged from alternative fuels and operations, electric vehicles, Grants and Carbon Offsets, or as they are referred to in Europe, Carbon Credits. Keynote speakers included representatives from a few of the largest business fleets in the world: Verizon, Frito Lay, Abbot, General Motors, and FedEx.
The DynoValve generates "Green" Carbon Offset potential since it has been proven that the DynoValve reduces GHG (Nox's) by 90%. Excitement at the conference was palpable and the future potential is very promising. However, as noted by speakers, economic realities will continue to be the defining factor when considering implementing a "Green Strategy" for migration to alternative fuels and/or vehicles. Meaning gasoline and diesel vehicles will remain mainstays in the automotive market for many years to come.
"I was pleased to hear from a number of city managers and large company fleets that are aggressively pursuing the reduction of emissions to positively impact the future of our environment's carbon footprint," said Chuck Nelson, SaviCorp Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "However, converting to all CNG, LPG or Electric is a very expensive proposition, meaning a very large percentage of fleet vehicles will remain gas or diesel polluters for an extended period of time. I am convinced, more than ever, that the DynoValve is the quickest way to positively impact the environment and is the most economically friendly product with a quick return on investment. With the DynoValve, Green Vehicle Convergence can revolutionize municipal and business fleets," added Mr. Nelson. Carbon Offsets was a popular topic at the Green Fleet Convention. Known as Carbon Credits in Europe, Carbon Offsets make it possible to receive credit for supporting a project or using a product that reduces harmful emissions such as CO2. There is great potential for municipal and business fleets to reap financial benefits from Carbon Offsets.
"The DynoValve might be the only product on the market addressing and aggressively attacking the challenges of overcoming gross pollution from fossil fuels that has been satisfactorily inspected and tested by the California Air Resources Board (CARB)," stated Richard Messerschmidt, SaviCorp Director of Special Projects. "We have achieved success by eliminating up to and/or more than 90% engine emissions from the gasoline version of the DynoValve. Our independent testing confirms and documents these outstanding results. Right now 270M vehicles nationally are generating 2.7B metric tons of Green House Gases that can immediately reduce their emissions up to and/or more than 90% with the installation of the DynoValve. We have a cost effective, validated Emission Reduction Technology (ERT) product that not only reduces emissions up to and/or more than 90%, but improves MPG and substantially improves engine performance! The DynoValve is truly an attractive Carbon Offset Income Generator for Fleets everywhere," added Mr. Messerschmidt.
SaviCorp will be showcasing the DynoValve at SEMA in Las Vegas, November 2nd-5th.
