SANTA ANA, Calif., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- SaviCorp (Pink Sheets: SVMI) announces its participation at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center November 2nd-5th.
SaviCorp was invited to participate this year in the SEMA show as a guest for several vendors who have had the DynoValve installed in their vehicles. We had four vehicles with DynoValve's at four different locations throughout the show. We were able to represent the DynoValve on vehicles from the latest muscle cars to the nostalgic 1955 Chevy and of course the custom truck market. Also, we had our SaviCorp/DynoValve mobile installation vehicles at the Las Vegas Convention Center and its surroundings for exposure. In addition, we had a hospitality room wherein we invited guests who had interest in learning more about SaviCorp and in particular, the DynoValve product.
Without a doubt, the most important reason for attending this year's show is that we were asked to become members of the association which we were more than happy to do. SaviCorp is now proud to be a member of the most powerful aftermarket association in the U.S.A. SaviCorp also joined one of three SEMA Council Groups, the Street Performance Council (SPC). This group was created to serve the members of the SEMA for the purpose of enhancing networking opportunities and idea exchange on issues core to the street performance sector of the specialty equipment industry.
The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. Not open to the public, the show draws the brightest minds from the auto industry and features the most innovative products in the automotive market. More than 100,000 industry leaders from more than 100 countries attended the four day show, exploring business and networking opportunities in the automotive, truck, SUV and RV markets. SEMA also had a New Products Showcase including nearly 1,500 newly introduced parts tools and components.
SEMA hosted its first ever "Green Section" within the show featuring alternative fuels, electric cars, etc., clearly illustrating the significance of DynoValve and products SaviCorp offers that can make a difference in the performance industry down the road.
Attending SEMA for SaviCorp were Chuck Nelson, Executive VP Sales/Marketing, Jeff Malone, VP of fleet sales, and Anthony Rudolph, Las Vegas Sales Manager.
"I am thrilled to be a part of a company that truly has the most innovative Green Product in DynoValve benefiting the Hot Rod enthusiast, the Historic Collector, Business Fleet Owners and the general public", said Chuck Nelson. "In my view DynoValve was the only product at the entire show that truly reduces emissions, increases fuel economy and improves engine performance. We are looking forward to being part of SEMA Shows for many years to come," added Mr. Nelson.
"SEMA is very active in legislation to save the Hot Rod industry. The relationship between "Hot Roding" and DynoValve is enhanced because of the view that performance is associated with pollution. The DynoValve negates this notion with proven performance, as well as proven substantial emission reduction," stated Jeff Malone. "What was most meaningful for me was that at SEMA I reconnected with old business associates that will translate into future opportunities and/ or alliances for DynoValve and DynoValve Pro (For Diesel)," added Mr. Malone.
