Dynamic Ventures Receives Formal Approval from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for Stock Split

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Dynamic Ventures Corp. (OTC:BB: DYNV) Dynamic Ventures is pleased to announce the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has formerly approved DYNV's 5-for-1 forward stock split.

The forward split will take effect November 4^th, 2010. Dynamic Ventures' trading symbol will have a "D" affixed to it for a period of 20 trading days to denote the forward split. After 20 business days have elapsed, the symbol will revert back to the original symbol (DYNV).

The decision to approve the 5:1 forward spilt was done to allow for the company's shares to be more accessible to a larger percentage of the investment community and for the shareholder base to be as broad and diverse as possible.
