Subsequent amendments to the Form 10 will be filed with the SEC.
"The filing of our Form 10 is another Dyadic milestone and an important step in Dyadic becoming a fully reporting SEC company," said Mark Emalfarb, Chairman and CEO of Dyadic. "We believe that when investors have a chance to read through our Form 10, they will be energized by the potential of turning DNA into enzymes and other protein products. Although the biotechnology field is inundated with DNA advancements and discoveries for the use of DNA, the field is challenged with the difficult task of turning these genes into relevant, low cost products. For the last 20 years, Dyadic's focus has been on perfecting a method for turning DNA into relevant products, and our C1 Expression System allows us to do this on a large scale and at low cost. The Form 10 highlights our market position, and a sampling of the opportunities on which Dyadic and its licensees are focused. We expect that those who read the Form 10 will gain a much better understanding of our business."
Upon the effectiveness of the Registration Statement on Form 10, Dyadic will be subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and as a result will file periodic reports and other information with the SEC. The Registration Statement on Form 10 is available on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov and on Dyadic's website at www.dyadic.com.
