"We are excited to welcome Stuart, James and Sam to DTZ to lead and grow our business in the Asia Pacific region," said Tod Lickerman, DTZ Global Chief Executive Officer. "We are optimizing DTZ as we position the organization for growth and enhanced service excellence. The addition of exceptional industry leaders like Stuart, James and Sam positions us to swiftly execute on business priorities in Asia Pacific and beyond."
"Our announcement today comes only weeks after we finalised our merger with Cassidy Turley and should leave no one in any doubt we are serious and committed to being the best provider of commercial real estate services in the region and across the globe," Mr. Lickerman said.
Mr. Roberts will focus on implementing a strategic plan to grow DTZ's commercial real estate services business throughout the region. He previously served as JLL's Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer for a decade and joins DTZ from FigTree Capital.

Mr. Patterson will collaborate with Mr. Roberts, Mr. Cuccurullo and Henry Arundel, DTZ's Chief Executive Asia Pacific Global Occupier Services, to grow the current agency platform in the region, drive new business opportunities by maximizing the CRM platform both nationally and globally, and leverage the untapped cross-selling opportunities that exist within the strong DTZ brand.
Mr. Patterson joins DTZ after 11 years at CBRE, where he was New South Wales Senior Managing Director as well as a member of the Pacific Board and senior leadership group. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Patterson also held the role of Regional Director of Office Services from 2003 to 2013 and was the national leader of strategy for Institutional Client Care & Development.
"James has a strong cultural fit with our organization. With more than 30 years of experience, he is one of the very best in the business with knowledge across all aspects of office, industrial, retail and residential property," Mr. Lickerman said.
As Head of Property and Asset Management for Asia Pacific, Mr. Cuccurullo will lead a service line that is a key growth engine for DTZ in the region. He will deepen and expand the firm's integrated asset services platform across Asia Pacific, emphasizing DTZ's capabilities to meet investor clients' life-cycle asset management requirements. Mr. Cuccurullo has more than 30 years of experience in property management services, and prior to joining DTZ was the Director for Property/Asset Management operations across Asia Pacific at CBRE as well as a member of its Global Executive Committee for Asset Services. Previously, Mr. Cuccurullo held senior property management positions at JLL for more than 10 years.
