DSS Research Offers ICH CAHPS® Surveys to Dialysis Facilities and ESRD Networks
DSS continues to expand CAHPS® survey offerings
FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DSS Research, the leader in health care market research and consulting, announced today that it will provide complete administration of the In-Center Hemodialysis CAHPS® survey.
CMS has adopted the ICH CAHPS® Patient Experience of Care survey for PY 2014 End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Improvement Program (QIP). It is intended to serve as a tool that both facilities and ESRD Networks can use to measure and improve the patient-centeredness of their care and meet the CMS reporting requirements for PY 2014.
