DS Waters of America, Inc. Acquires Echota Beverage Group

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 5, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- DS Waters of America, Inc., one of the country's largest providers of bottled water products, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the home and office bottled water delivery business of Echota Beverage Group, Inc., which has been serving the greater Knoxville area since 2002. As the significant resources of these two companies are combined, DS Waters will assume management of the bottled water delivery for all Echota Beverage customers. The addition of the Echota Beverage customers to existing Crystal Springs® home and office delivery routes in Knoxville will enable DS Waters to enhance its service offerings to these customers which also include office coffee service and water filtration.
