Dr. Apfel is a nationally and internationally recognized Key Opinion Leader with over 75 peer reviewed publications in top journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine.
Dr. Apfel is best suited to continue the DRX9000® research due to his expertise in the design and conduct of large randomized controlled multicenter trials, and in particular due to his experience with and research on DRX9000® as published in the Journal of Medicine 2008 and in BMC Musculoskeletal Disorder 2010.
