Energy Transfer Partners, L.P Research Reports
On September 25, 2014, Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (Energy Transfer Partners) and Susser Petroleum Partners LP (SUSP) announced the first dropdown transaction between them. According to the Company, SUSP has agreed to acquire Mid-Atlantic Convenience Stores, LLC from Energy Transfer Partners for approximately $768 million. The consideration will comprise of approximately 4 million newly issued SUSP common units and $556 million of cash, subject to customary closing adjustments. SUSP plans to initially finance the cash portion by utilizing availability under the revolving credit facility, with longer term financing through a combination of debt and equity. The Company stated that the transaction, which is anticipated to close in Q4 2014, is expected to be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow per unit for both SUSP and Energy Transfer Partners. On September 30, 2014, Williams Companies, Inc. (Williams) announced that in 2014 it has raised more than $1.4 million for the Tulsa Area United Way's annual fundraising campaign. Williams informed that this marks the 25th consecutive year when its United Way campaign total in Tulsa has crossed $1 million mark. According to the Company, the 2014 Tulsa campaign total includes Tulsa employee pledges, amounts raised from employee fundraisers in Tulsa, donations from retirees and board members, and the dollar-for-dollar matching contribution from the Company's foundation. Cheniere Energy, Inc. Research Reports
On September 18, 2014, The Maritime Executive reported that Cheniere Energy, Inc.'s (Cheniere Energy) Chairman and CEO Charif Souki, along with Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, highlighted construction progress and a recent expansion of the Company's Sabine Pass liquefied natural gas export facility in Cameron Parish. According to the news report, Cheniere Energy's LNG export project recently expanded in scope to six from four liquefaction trains, or production units. The article stated that the Company's recent announcement of two additional trains will take the total project investment to over $18 billion, with completion of construction of the entire project expected by 2019.
