NEW YORK, April 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- UpStack, the most modern way to source and sell colocation, has tapped networking industry veteran Jeff August as its new Chief Strategy Officer. August's responsibilities will include guiding future product strategy and building hybrid cloud advisory capabilities into the platform.
August is a subject matter expert in developing internet, network, and infrastructure capabilities. He has worked in the industry since the early days of the Internet, starting with building one of the first Managed Dial Up as a Service offerings. More recently, August owned relationships with Network Service Providers that fueled Facebook's growth to over 1B+ users, managed data center strategy at Square, and lead various physical infrastructure deployments at Dropbox. August holds an MBA from National University.
