Drexel Hamilton Hires Cody G. Acree as Senior Equity Research Analyst & David Williams as Equity Research Associate, Broadens TMT Coverage
NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Drexel Hamilton, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Broker-Dealer, announced today the appointment of Cody Acree to Senior Equity Analyst and David N. Williams as Equity Research Associate on the firm's Semiconductor research team. In this role, Acree and will cover semiconductor and related stocks for Drexel Hamilton, supported by Williams. Both gentlemen will report to Barry Sine, managing director of equity research.

With more than 18 years of experience as a semiconductor analyst, Acree, who holds the FINRA Series 7, 16, 24, 63, 65, 86 and 87 licenses, will provide additional depth to the number and types of mid-to-large cap technology companies Drexel Hamilton covers. He joins the firm from Ascendiant Capital, where he served as Head of Equity Markets and Director of Research. He began his career with Southwest Securities and has since covered a broad range of technology companies for firms such as Frost Securities, Legg Mason and Stifel Nicolaus.

Williams was most recently an analyst with Ascendiant Capital Markets covering small cap technology companies. Previously, he was an analyst covering homebuilding and building products companies with Williams Financial Group. Williams holds a B.B.A. degree from Angelo State University in Management and Management Information Systems. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
