DRB Financial Solutions Closes on Bulk Asset Purchase and Sale Transactions & Steps Up Hiring

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., July 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DRB Financial Solutions, LLC (DRB) is pleased to announce that it has closed on both a large bulk asset purchase and a bulk asset sale. We added a substantial inventory of guaranteed annuity payment rights to our balance sheet via a bulk asset purchase transaction. In addition, DRB sold a large volume of life contingent annuity payments. Combined, the two transactions totaled over $60M.  Both transactions were led by David Manchester, DRB's Director of Business Development, and Jason Sutherland, DRB's Director of Capital Markets.

DRB is also in the midst of a substantial hiring boom across its various business lines.
