Dr. Tamara Rozhon Named President of Carrington College®
PHOENIX, Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Carrington College®, a part of DeVry Inc., a global provider of educational services, has announced the appointment of Tamara Rozhon, Ed.D., as president. Rozhon, who will report Robert Paul, president of Carrington Colleges Group, comprised of Carrington College and Carrington College® California, succeeds Thomas Bloom, Ph.D., who will lead expansion planning and implementation for the group.
Prior to joining Carrington College, Rozhon served as chief operating officer and senior vice president of strategic operations and business expansion for TCS Education System, where she was responsible for marketing, admissions, campus operations, international initiatives and student services for four separate higher education affiliates. She also held leadership positions at Alta Colleges, Argosy University and American Schools of Professional Psychology.

Rozhon holds a doctorate in higher education management from University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in adult education from National-Louis University and a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.
In her new role, Rozhon will be responsible for overseeing operations as well as growth strategies for the 10 campuses that comprise Carrington College.
