Winners Honored at the FUSION 13 Conference in Nashville

The coveted itSMF USA Awards program recognizes the nation's best IT Service Management professionals and projects, for excellence and achievements within itSMF USA and for their leadership and contribution to the ITSM industry.

Other prominent awards given included the itSMF USA's President Award to Cathy Kirch, itSMF USA's Member of the Year Award to Jeanette McGillicuddy, the itSMF USA Interest Group of the Year Award to the Dallas-Fort Worth LIG and itSMF USA's Project of the Year award to Assurant, Inc.

The nominations for each award were solicited and evaluated by an Awards Selection Committee.
