Dr. Mahi de Silva Joins the Nanotech Energy Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Mahi de Silva, one of the leading voices in the application of mobile technology has joined the board of Nanotech Energy (http://www.nanotechenergy.com) it was announced today by founders CEO Dr. Jack Kavanaugh (founder of ZetaRx which became the core of Juno Therapeutics) and Dr. Richard Kaner, Professor of Chemistry and Engineering at UCLA. Nanotech has developed leading super-battery and super-capacitor storage devices that significantly exceed the properties of currently available technologies.

He was Co-Founder and CEO of AdMarvel Inc. Dr. Mahi de Silva co-founded Frengo Corporation and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 2002 to 2006, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wireless and Digital Content Services for VeriSign, where he built the world's leading mobile messaging and mobile entertainment business with revenues exceeding $600M per year. Prior to VeriSign, he served in various technology leadership roles at Taligent, Apple and NCR Corporation. He served as the Chairman of Frengo Corporation, Chairman and Director of PreCash, Inc. and is a Member of The Advisory Board of The Merger Strategiewerkstatt GmbH.
