Dr. Kristine Lokken Joins Brain Health and Research Institute in Seattle

SEATTLE, Aug. 1, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Kristine Lokken, a noted Neuropsychologist practicing in Birmingham, Alabama, has partnered with Dr. Mary Kay Ross for the opening of Ross's Seattle based Brain Health and Research Institute (BHRI) in September, it was announced today.  Lokken has a 25 year history in academic behavioral medicine and neuropsychology and she co-founded a precision brain health clinic in Birmingham.  She will work alongside Dr. Ross in providing tailored, interdisciplinary clinical care.  Dr. Lokken will also manage the unique functional Prevention program at BHRI.

She currently serves as Director of Rehabilitation Neuropsychology at the Birmingham VA Medical Center and as faculty at both the University of Alabama and UAB.  She has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and lectures widely on brain health.
